In the upper left corner, tap the hamburger icon to open the navigation panel.
Tap Membership > Accounts/Members.
Tap the Members tab.
Tap the Member you'd like to view.
Tap Medical.
From here, you'll be able to view:
Physician Name
Physician Office Phone
Medical Information/Notes
Medications
