Tap the Red Circle to begin your recording.

Record your video, and tap the Red Square to stop.

If you'd like, you may change the visibility of your post; for coaches, members, or a class, add athletes or any notes.

- The selected members' names appear, allowing you to review who can view the video.

3. Tap Record.
4. Tap Practice.
