This article gives a detailed view of the options available within the General Class, Class Date/Time, and Reg Slot & Instructors tabs.

Available General Class Settings Options

Every item with a *Red Star must be filled out to build a class.

  1. *Class Title: The name of your class.

    • Examples: Beginners Ballet, Summer Camp: Ninja Week, Level 5’s

    • Items 2-9 must be created under Classes > Class Admin > Settings before they are available for selection

  2. *Class Status:

    • “ON” allows the class to be visible to the public.

    • “OFF - Disabled” will no longer make the class available for registration.

  3. *Program: Choose the corresponding Program this class falls under.

  4. *Sub Program: Choose the corresponding Sub Program this class falls under.

  5. Session: Pick the appropriate Session the class is associated with.

  6. Curriculum: Choose the correct curriculum if you do any skill tracking.

  7. Insurance:

    • Optional - The account will choose if they want to fill this information in at registration.

    • Required - All accounts must fill in the Insurance Information at registration.

    • Hidden - will not show insurance fields during registration.

  8. Emergency Entry Fields

    • Optional - The account will choose if they want to fill this information in at registration.

    • Required - All accounts must fill in the Emergency Information at registration.

    • Hidden - will not show emergency fields during registration.

  9. Location: Pick the appropriate Location.

  10. Map: Pick the appropriate Map.

  11. Zone: If a meeting Zone applies to this class, choose from the drop-down.

  12. Allow Waitlist: Turn the light switch to YES if you wish to allow Members to be added to the Waitlist once the class fills.

  13. Allow Makeups: Turn the light switch to YES if you allow a Member to make up a missing class.

    • Set the Max Makeups a Member can do

    • Should the Max Makeups reset every month

  14. Athlete Age Limit: Enter an age limit available by Year or Month.

    • 14a. Pick a date that will be used to calculate age.

  15. Limit Registration by Gender: If you want a class for Males or Females only, choose the Limit Registration by Gender dropdown.

  16. Class Visibility:

    • Not Logged In - Anyone visiting your website sees this class.

    • Logged In - They must have an account with your business and be logged in to see the class.

    • Admin Only - for Administration's eyes only.

  17. Registration Visibility:

    • Not Logged In - Anyone visiting your website will see this class available for registration.

    • Logged In - They must have an account with your business and be logged in to register.

    • Admin Only - for Administration's eyes only.

  18. Allow Display on Mobile Home Page:

    • YES - Accounts can view registered classes in the mobile app.

    • NO - Registered classes will be hidden from accounts via the mobile app.

19. Call to Action Override: Flip the light switch on YES if you want to edit the text from “Add to Cart” to your custom text on the Class Registration homepage. Example: “Invite Only Class.” Editing the button color will also be an option if turned to Yes.

20. Show available reg slots: Flip the light switch to YES to show how many spots remain in the class on the Class Registration homepage.

21. Give registration instructions instead of adding to the cart: This is only an option if Step 19 has been turned on. By checking this box, it will not allow an account to add this class to their cart, but it will be available on the Class Registration homepage.

22. Class Description: Add descriptive text about this class for Accounts to read on your Class Registration homepage.

23. Agreements: Select the agreements you wish to be signed when signing a member up for class. Click here to view the steps for creating agreements.

24. When finished, click Save & Continue.

Available Class Date & Times Options

  1. *Time Zone: Double-check that the correct time zone is selected for your class.

  2. *Class Start/End Date: Enter the date when the session begins and then ends.

  3. *Display Starting From: Enter the date you would like this class to appear for your accounts to see on the Class Registration homepage.

  4. *Class Length: Enter the length of the class in minutes.

  5. Start/Drop Policy: Choose this class's correct Start/Drop Policy.

    • Use the policy associated with the selected subprogram

    • Choose a custom policy for this class

    • Do not use any Start/Drop Policies

  6. No Class Days: Enter any Holidays or Gym Closure dates here for Accounts to see during registration.

  7. Scroll down to complete the final step.

  8. *Open for Registration: Enter the date range and the exact time you wish registration to open and close. Note: you only need to fill in the top row if the registration dates are the same for everyone. Fill in rows 2 and 3 for current members to have priority registration over non-members.

  9. When finished, click Save & Continue.

Available Reg Slot & Instructors Options

  1. *+ New Reg Slot: Add a new Registration Slot row for each day/time you offer this class. At least one registration slot is required.

    • Example: I offer Kids Karate five different times during the week, and I have five unique slot rows. If Kids Karate is required to attend two days a week, those times will be on the same Reg Slot row.

  2. *Slot Limit: Enter the max number of students who can sign up for this reg slot.

  3. Waitlist Limit: Maximum number of Members on the waitlist per reg slot. (this option is only visible if you have turned waitlists on in the general tab)

  4. *Enter the time(s) the class meets in the correct column.

  5. Optionally select which instructors teach that time slot. This will allow them to take attendance via the mobile app.

  6. When finished, click Save & Continue.
