Lessons: How to Set the Account Status
Lessons: How to Set the Account Status
Updated over a week ago

To apply an account status you have two options; multi-edit, and by account.

Account Status Level, their meaning, and pros for each:

  1. Current - All students are active and enrolled in their class (this is the default).

  2. Inactive - Suspends (cancels) all students' recurring billing until they are reset to current or closed. NOTE: If at any time any current or new student under the account registers for a class, their recurring billing will reactivate automatically.

    • Easily suspend all athletes under an account, and suspend recurring billing. Students in a non-recurring billing class will not be affected.

    • Although suspended, their spot in the class is not released and remains attached to the student.

    • When a new or current athlete registers for a class, the account is automatically set to current.

  3. Closed- Cancels all students in their classes and stops all recurring billing. All canceled students MUST re-register for the class.

    • Easily cancel all students under the account, stopping all recurring billing.

    • Release all spots attached to the student to be available for signup.

    • When a new or current athlete registers for a class, the account is automatically set to current.
