Admin Level - Superuser and TouchPad PC Admin
CRITICAL TO FOLLOW THESE STEPS! If you do not, SwimOffice and TouchPad will lose sync with the athlete.
If entries are still OPEN:
SwimOffice
In the side menu click Team Tools > Members.
Find the Athlete and click their name to go into their profile.
In the ID Card # field, update their USA ID# to the correct number.
Click Merge ID to merge their old USA# and times to their new, correct USA ID#.
In the side menu click Events & Competition > Team Events.
Click your desired event’s Edit Commitment button.
Locate the updated athlete.
Un-commit them from their events and re-commit them (this will now adjust the file to sync to TouchPad).
TouchPad
In the menu, click File > Sync Now to SwimOffice.
In the menu, click Athlete Entries.
Search for the athlete.
Delete the duplicate athlete with the incorrect ID.
If Entries are CLOSED:
TouchPad
In the menu, click Athlete Entries.
Search for the athlete.
Update their ID#.
Run the meet.
Sync the results back to SwimOffice.
SwimOffice
Fix the athlete and attach the times:
Go to the Events page and release the results.
In the side menu, click Team Tools > Members.
Find the Athlete and click their name to go into their profile.
In the ID Card # field, update their USA ID# to the correct number.
Click Merge ID to merge their old USA# and times to their new, correct USA ID#.
