Admin Level - Superuser and TouchPad PC Admin

CRITICAL TO FOLLOW THESE STEPS! If you do not, SwimOffice and TouchPad will lose sync with the athlete.

If entries are still OPEN:

SwimOffice

  1. In the side menu click Team Tools > Members.

  2. Find the Athlete and click their name to go into their profile.

  3. In the ID Card # field, update their USA ID# to the correct number.

  4. Click Merge ID to merge their old USA# and times to their new, correct USA ID#.

  5. In the side menu click Events & Competition > Team Events.

  6. Click your desired event’s Edit Commitment button.

  7. Locate the updated athlete.

  8. Un-commit them from their events and re-commit them (this will now adjust the file to sync to TouchPad).

TouchPad

  1. In the menu, click File > Sync Now to SwimOffice.

  2. In the menu, click Athlete Entries.

  3. Search for the athlete.

  4. Delete the duplicate athlete with the incorrect ID.

If Entries are CLOSED:

TouchPad

  1. In the menu, click Athlete Entries.

  2. Search for the athlete.

  3. Update their ID#.

  4. Run the meet.

  5. Sync the results back to SwimOffice.

SwimOffice

Fix the athlete and attach the times:

  1. Go to the Events page and release the results.

  2. In the side menu, click Team Tools > Members.

  3. Find the Athlete and click their name to go into their profile.

  4. In the ID Card # field, update their USA ID# to the correct number.

  5. Click Merge ID to merge their old USA# and times to their new, correct USA ID#.
