Team Manager will default to looking for a CL2 or HY3 but TouchPad exports an SD3. Do the following in Team Manager to bring your results in.
Click File > Import Meet Results.
Select the Files of type drop down to ensure you have "SDIF files (*.SD3)" selected.
You will now see your TouchPad results file. Click it.
Click Open.
Click Import.
