In SwimOffice, go to your Events page and enter the starting and ending sync times.

In the side menu, click Events &amp; Competition &gt; Team Events.

At the top of the window that opens, click the Edit button.

Under Team Event Signup / Register enter the TouchPad Sync Start and End Dates/Times.

Once the sync time has started, teams will be allowed to sync their entries.

Once the sync time is over and teams try to use TouchPad Sync on the Committed Athletes tab, they will get this error: "TouchPad Sync has been closed by the meet host. Please contact the host if there is a mistake."

4. At the top of the window that opens, click the Edit button.
5. Under Team Event Signup / Register enter the TouchPad Sync Start and End Dates/Times.
6. Click Save.
7. Once the sync time has started, teams will be allowed to sync their entries.
8. Once the sync time is over and teams try to use TouchPad Sync on the Committed Athletes tab, they will get this error: "TouchPad Sync has been closed by the meet host. Please contact the host if there is a mistake."
