SwimOffice Admin Level: Email/Print/Calendar ​

The TouchPad meet has several open events but my athletes do not qualify when they should.

1. Confirm the setting, "Minimum Age for OPEN events" has the correct age.
2. If the setting has been adjusted do not forget to sync your update.

Go to File &gt; Sync NOW to SwimOffice and notify invited teams of your update.

Confirm athletes qualify for open events based on the new age set in TouchPad.

1. Go to your event.
2. Click Edit commitment.
3. Click the Committed athletes tab.
4. Select QuickEntries.
5. Confirm athletes qualify for open events based on the new age set in TouchPad.
